4. Lightsaber Styles:

-There are three lightsaber styles: Heavy which is red, Medium which is yellow, and Light which is blue. They are referred as Lightsaber stance. You can swap between them by pressing the "L" button on your keyboard. Each stance has its own special moves and can be used in multiple techniques. I found that there are two different players out there. 1. people that stick to their saber style, weather it is red, yellow, or blue. 2. people that constantly rotate between the three lightsaber styles. Neither one fighting method is better then the other, but I recommended to try learning each individual saber stance at a time, and then see which fighting method fits you best. Here is the rundown on the Lightsabers:

(a) The blue stance, light style:

-The great thing about the Light stance saber is that it's great against guns; it can deflect almost all weapons but not that good of a defense against another saber, like the heave one for example. (can't deflect the rocket launcher either, use force push for that) It sure is quick as hell and also you can combine as many combo moves as you wish... but don't just move around like crazy and hit the attack button. It is usually wise to plan out your combo moves like two or three of them at a time. If you want even more speed, use 'force speed' in combination with the blue lightsaber. It will allow you to issue a heck of moves very quickly, pretty much turning you in to a Jedi grinder. I see people go crazy like that, but don't make it a permanent fighting style cuz it will become a boring and cheap thrill. I think speed it a bigger advantage then power and therefore this saber is very effective against the heavy style. But out of all the sabers, the Blue saber is probably the worst. The reason for that is, it is really weak compared to the other sabers and most of the time you will be able to issue only multiple little jabs on to your opponent, something the medium style will definitely make up for. But it can be used successfully in combination with the other sabers, and therefore let me explain. While in a duel you can occasionally swap from a heavy saber to the blue saber to issue an quick special move to finish up you opponent with not much power left, or use 'forward lunge' command to nail your opponent in their bowlz if they're running towards you. This can prove to be very effective when used correctly.
-Here is the rundown the blue stance saber moves:

Forward lunge w/ saber: press crouch + forward + attack
Regular Spin: hold down right or left + attack
High Spin: hold down right or left + back + attack
Low Spin: hold down right or left + forward + attack
Air lunge: jump and perform the lunge move
Parachute: you need to jump off something, hold down crouch + forward + attack
Back Stab: Someone needs to be behind you, then press back + attack

(b) The yellow stance, medium style:

-The medium style is a very well balanced saber. It posses quick movement and can implement plenty of damage when used correctly. It is just a little bit slower then the blue saber, but therefore way more powerful. Unfortunately, you can only chain 3 to 5 combos with this saber, no more. It can be successful used against the Heavy style or the Light style saber without any difficulties, giving that you know what you're doing. The backstab of the yellow saber can be absolutely deadly and is widely used because it can be faster implemented then the heavy style saber and it takes away more HP then the blue saber, adding to its balance in the battlefield, A lot of yellow saber users tend to throw it quite a bit, which usually ends up being a bad thing. Even through you might get away with few kills by throwing the yellow saber constantly, I guarantee you that it will do you more harm in the end. The easiest way to avoid a flying saber is to roll, roll like a 2002 M3 BMW with pure inline-six power and 342 horsies, then bust out the heavy saber and nail that guy in his head while his saber is doing a 'flyby' by his cemetery :) In any instance, if you love that shinny yellow color then by any means use it, just don't hurt yourself.
-Rundown of the Yellow stance saber:

Horizontal slash: maintain the crosshair on your opponent, then press both jump + attack at the same time.
Back Sweep: someone needs to be behind you, then press back + attack
Back Spin: hold down right or left + attack
...and then the rest of the basic moves.

(c) The Red stance, heavy style:

-This is a beast on its own. Straight up, the heavy sabers defenses against guns suck, but that's not a saber that anybody should be using against guns anyways, this beast is all about FFA and dueling. Easy to get some kills in FFA games, just get in there and swing and I promise that you will nail somebody and kill'em instantly. Usually if your foe is at full strength it will take 2 good swings to make your opponent sleep with the fishes. But in any case, it is incredibly slow. In order to use this saber successfully in duels, you have to time your moves with precision. Although this saber has its special moves, most the time they are not necessary to win the fight. Just swing and run towards your opponent so you meet him once your saber is down, but remember that it will take time and practice to implement these moves successfully. It gets little more complicated when it comes to using all this sabers slow moves efficiently, but it does have some one-hit finishing moves. The back swing is very slow but therefore unjust ably deadly. Most the time you will be able to see it coming and luckily move away, but don't become part of its wrath when it gets you while you're not looking. Another great move is the Jump slash. You can jump from a standing point and destroy your opponent with a down slash as your coming down from the air, killing him or her instantly, no questions asked.
-And the moves are:

Horizontal sweep: press either right or left and attack.
Back Sweep: Someone needs to be behind you, then press back + attack
Back swing/flip: press back + attack + jump
Heavy jump move: two ways of doing it, ...press attack and once the saber is over your head press jump + forward. Second way: at the same time press jump + attack and while your coming down hold down jump + forward + attack.
